DO YOU HAVE ALL PRODUCTS IN STOCK?
We pride ourselves on processing all orders promptly and carry a full range of stock to ensure orders can be filled immediately. Occasionally an item is sold-out and our web-site will reflect this accordingly. We will back-order products over $50.00 and forward freight free (within New Zealand) when the stock arrives for customers.

HOW CAN I ORDER PRODUCTS?
You can order 24 hours a day on-line using our secure shopping cart, by email, free-fax, mail or by phone. If you experience any difficulty with your order contact Blackboard Jungle, by phone or email, immediately and we are only too happy to help. Your order is almost always processed within 24 hours so please contact us if it has not arrived within 5 working days.

HOW DO I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover via PayPal on our website. New Zealand schools and approved businesses can be invoiced (order numbers or reference to departments needs to be provided). Payment is upon invoice by the 20th of the following month. No statement will be issued. The full Terms and Conditions of Trade are available on-line.

DO YOU SEND ORDERS INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes! We send many orders internationally and have many satisfied customers. Please Contact Us via email or phone with your order. We confirm freight costs with your prior to dispatch of your order. Blackboard Jungle has a rapidly expanding client base in several countries. Distance is no barrier and we will ensure your international order arrives quickly and in a cost-effective manner.

WHAT DELIVERY TIME CAN I EXPECT?
North Island, New Zealand: 1-3 working days.
South Island, New Zealand: 2-4 working days.

WHAT IS THE POSTAGE AND HANDLING OR FREIGHT COSTS?
We endeavour to deliver your order at the most cost effective option for you.

CAN MY SCHOOL BE INVOICED?
New Zealand schools, Early Childhood Centres, Health Boards, Learning Centres and approved businesses can be invoiced for payment on the 20th of the following month. It is important that these orders include an order number, department code or reference to teacher/budget area that can be included on the invoice. Blackboard Jungle (2014) Ltd will not be held responsible for any staff breaching their school's purchasing policy.

WHAT SORT OF GUARANTEE DOES BLACKBOARD JUNGLE LTD. HAVE?
The Blackboard Jungle team pride themselves on their levels of customer satisfaction and we guarantee all products we sell.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
We offer a 14 day right of return if:
• We are contacted within 48 hours of delivery and
• Goods are returned within 14 days of invoice date in NEW, re-saleable condition and
• Any returns are packaged as delivered and undamaged.
PLEASE NOTE: Copyright permission for books is clearly outlined in each book. Unauthorised copying of any product is illegal and legal action will be taken. Any returned book which shows evidence of use or photocopying will not be accepted for a refund or credit.

DO YOU HAVE A PRINTED CATALOGUE?
We have a printed catalogue available for our New Zealand customers upon request. Our online catalogue now represents our full range of products and there are many items that are only on our website.
